Initial enthusiasm When I unpacked the product, I was very impressed by the high quality workmanship and the well-known brand name. The app installed immediately and paired smoothly with the device. I was excited to test this excellent product extensively and give a positive review. Disappointing reality But after almost two months, disillusionment set in. The battery performance was shockingly bad - the battery didn't last two hours, which made the device practically unusable. The measurements also proved to be completely unreliable. In addition, the wristbands kept falling out, which indicated poor quality. Ultimately, the product turned out to be a disappointment. My conclusion is: keep your hands off this junk! I definitely can't recommend buying it.
The strap I ordered does not fit the watch at all disappointed. After turning on the watch without me being able to wear it, the sleep mode does not work and the personalization of the dial returns to default mode on its own. I didn't dare put a few drops of water on it for fear it would burn 🤔😔. Customer service is perfect to solve these problems I recommend thank you Joom 👍🏻
The phone only worked for 2 days, today it stopped working correctly, the touch screen does not respond, and everything turned off but the screen was on, then it turned on the clock and there I am, there is no way to turn it off or reset it. Now it has already turned off and the charge indication does not even appear on the screen nor does it turn on.
