Small wall hooks that are attached with adhesive pads. You should be able to completely remove them again if you slowly pull on the arrow on the adhesive pads. I think they are ideal for fairy lights. I wouldn't use them to hang towels. They are too small and would probably break off. But everyone will find a use for which they are to be used.
