The laptop after 2 months with the USB charging connection that no longer works, no news from the seller despite several reminders since 08/22. Worse than the entire JOOM site is leading me around asking me the same things several times for 1 month, I just ask for a repair, and nothing works when the Blackview site which guarantees its devices supposedly 2 years, refers me to the Joom site and its seller. In short, the JOOM site is to be avoided as are Blackview laptops, no one out of the 3 offers me a solution.
