Relatively damaged packaging, some marks on the device. All that remains is to test and see if it is more effective than the one I bought for my Mom. ;-) Test not conclusive the massage "balls" are too prominent, which is more damaging than anything else, for the price we are not going to ask for more than that, we will see how long it will work.
the light is just 2 white LEDs, not infra-red. overall quality is average made from polyutherane hard foam. switch doesn't always work. gives a good massage. Package was damaged but the item is fine and in good working order.
I received the product in a very crumpled and sealed packaging. Terrible! Even the instructions inside the box were crumpled. At first, I just didn't even want to unpack out of disappointment. 😨🙁 I will no longer buy appliances through Joom, because if it were in the store, I would definitely return it. Or rather, I wouldn't even buy it 😨 The massager itself works, but it makes strange sounds. Therefore, I will see how long it will work and supplement the review.
The box is all torn, crumpled and damaged, the massager itself seems to work, but gets stuck, stops, as if it lacks strength. I was expecting a lot, hoping for the best, disappointed. What kind of massage can we talk about?? I threw away the money in vain. I want to return it. Don't throw your money away. Nothing was reimbursed
