It takes longer than expected for the little sponge to emerge from the capsule. It is very thin and the capsule does not completely dissolve. Something sticky sticks to the sponge. When I try to remove this it foams which it shouldn't. The capsule does not dissolve in cold water.

These capsules have been very disappointing! It's thin foam squeezed into a capsule. Nothing swells at all! Putting it in water doesn't do any good either! Hands off!
