The small rigide plastic cap of the soap bottle doesn t open easily to fill the soap, after opening 2 times it is almost brocken. The upper electronic part is fixing on this fragile cap. Very unpractical Batteries not working I used new ones The soap sould be liquid or mixed with water in order to work
