(I removed the sharpener part and 2 loose broken plastic pieces fell out) However, since the device appears to be working, I am relieved that my money has not been spent in vain. According to the instructions on the shepherd's packaging, you must first pull a knife through the column marked #1, and then through either #2 or #3. It is not clear whether there is a difference between 2 and 3. The knife that I wanted to "sharpen" with the device was actually sharper than before after a few pulls. I'm not thrilled but satisfied. The device will serve its purpose for now.

The product was well packaged, according to the picture., I sharpened a knife and it does its job very well. I am very satisfied with it. Please note that orders may arrive very late. My order took two months

At the top, I was looking forward to it to sharpen my knives, super practical and robust with 3 categories (large blade, fine blade and ceramic). The handle keeps everything in place!
