This work depicts a humorous story where the character “Andy the Mouse”, which is a masterpiece of Seiji Matsumoto, aims intently at Koban held by Maneki-neko.
● Matsumoto Seiji
Born in 1986 in Osaka.
After starting his career as a designer, he went to the US and began full-scale artist activities. Currently, he is working in an atelier at the foot of a mountain in Nagano. It is characterized by drawing playful characters with round eyes, starting with ANDY the mouse, and expresses one's own view of the world in various fields.
