- Matcha is prone to small lumps (lumps) due to static electricity, so if you strain the matcha with a tea strainer (matcha sieve) before use, the lumps will loosen and the taste will be smooth and well-finished.
How to use
Add 2g of matcha to 60ml of hot water (80°C).
