Hello Joom, I am writing to tell you that the two Winner brand watches that I have bought with you, only the Black one has arrived, I need the Black and Red to arrive.. Because the one that came to me was in another order that I made with another application, and the watch that they sent me is from the same Winner brand, but the dial, as you can see, is in Blue and Red.. The one I asked you for is two, one in (Black) and the other (Red and Black). This last one is the one that has not arrived.. I would like Joom to contact me to clarify doubts. Kind regards, Thomas.

I receive my second watch and I am very disappointed to see that it does not work at all, I shook it, wound it up but the hands do not turn and the seconds hand does not move. This is the 2nd watch I've ordered from you, the first I remind you that the seconds hand worked but not the others, and this one doesn't work at all . thank you for your comeback.

This watch is not waterproof as described. It is splash proof and can't be worn when swimming. This photo is the instruction leaflet it clearly shows in red it is not waterproof. After using it for a few days it stopped and after resetting the time it would not allow the crown to be pushed back in. This watch is absolute crap don't waste your money. Joom has refunded me 14/01/21.
