Product Usage: Before using Xlear, gently blow your nose or use a syringe to remove any accumulated mucus. Children 4 years and older: Insert the nozzle into the nostril and squeeze the bottle to spray the solution. Spray 2 to 4 times into one nostril. Remove the nozzle before the container re-inflates. Infants and toddlers under 3 years of age: Place children on their backs. Hold the bottle upside down and allow the solution to drip into your nostrils. Add 2 to 4 drops into each nostril.
