You need to be careful when contacting Jum and not something expensive, because then it's hard to prove that they sent a defect. Those suction cups cost me half the price of the hammock. The hammock is cool, but it's important that the suction cups hold on, because then why the hammock?. My eldest loves this hammock, even though it's still cold, he still sleeps in it on the balcony.
