My order has been marked as delivered (the time given was just before midnight, not sure where you live, but here we don't get deliveries at that time) but I have not received my order. I tried reaching out to Joom, but only received the standard answer. If you are considering this app or even this purchase, reconsider. I will now have to reach out to my bank and try to reverse my payment.

The bag itself is really beautiful. Everything also went smoothly with shipping and every important progress was communicated via email. The bag is also perfect in terms of size. However, I ordered the bag in dark brown and received it in light brown. This is a bit disappointing and unfortunately I can't contact support.

Would like to know why the black one is even better than the orange I brought 😂 Again I wasn't expecting much when I ordered, but I will be buying again! Anyway, this is a Christmas present for my mum and I'm blown away! It's beautiful, feels expensive/soft, smells nice. (The little bag scarf is green in person, it's just showing up as blue in my photos)

The bag finally arrived today - the delivery took quite a long time, but it arrived. No unpleasant smell, the material is nice and soft, and at first glance the bag makes a really good impression. The quality also seems to be OK. Overall, I'm happy!
