The flashlight shines quite well, but has a very weak small battery, which discharges after 6-10 minutes and the light becomes very dim. I solved the problem for myself by connecting to a powerbank. I was counting on a good "low beam", but it still shines only straight and into the distance. In terms of brightness, it is clearly inferior to a good hand-held flashlight.
