For this , shipping took a long time. MANY delays. And had to reorder. Out of stock after I had ordered and paid. But Joom was always v helpful and refunded quickly and reordered as I asked. Order 26th Sept. Arrived 18th October. Other Joom products and delivery I can not fault. Excellent service, thanks. Recommended. Bike company very helpful though and kept in touch every day. Packaging was superb. Undamaged and took me ages to remove all the heavy duty ties. A good thing! Awaiting free gifts for the delay. ;)
A fine bike very comfortable to ride. And good quality. This is a large bike and not really suitable for small women. I have given this to my husband who is taller and stronger than I am. We live in a hilly area so great with all the power. I have ordered the ladies version for me.
