Please find additional video of machine failing to be able to map one of our bedrooms which has standard domestic carpet. The machine moves easily over the carpet until it comes to an obstruction then repeatedly fails to change direction after meeting the obstruction. I am unable to demonstrate the battery issue has the unit has not been fully recharged since yesterdays attempt. When attaching the video, My computer is indicating download complete but it is not showing as an attachment? Am I able to attach additional videos to this review?
I bought it for my office (about 20 square meters). It was delivered in 4 days and the packaging was impeccable. I tried it out that evening. With the app, it was installed in 10 minutes. Smart mode is used. The water tank is enough for my family to use twice. They're all up to the job. High efficiency
The app keeps telling me that the 'crash sensor is abnormai' and also that there is a fault with the left wheel?
