First problem, this car massager doesn't work with the included car adapter. Massager has no visible damage but still does not work. So I'm assuming it was just sent broken. Because the car adapter is OK and supplies 12 V power at the output. Second and smaller problem is wrong US plug supplied, I ordered and need EU. My third problem, I want to send the massager back, but support also wants to sell me a new EU plug for a defective car massager. Does it make sense? What is the logic behind it? I'm disappointed and therefore minimum stars (1).
It only massages the legs at the hips and up a motor on the spine. Probably for the neck but I'm tall and it doesn't reach the neck and warm. But it looks good in reality, it looks better than in the pictures and I really like the material
The delivery was surprisingly fast and was already there after only 2 weeks. You can attach the heating or massage pad to the chair. There are different levels, you can also use it in the car because there is an extra connection.
The product delivered does not correspond at all to the order. I ordered a massaging and heated seat and I received a fabric with 4 very very noisy vibrators, not tiring and not heated. It's a scandal all the same
