I received my order without the CD and also, I connected it to my Oppo phone but nothing happens on my screen. What to do? Need to install the app? Or . You have to charge the camera first ? Help me please I installed the app in my phone but still nothing when I put the endoscope cordially

Everything worked when installing. I immediately checked my ears and then a day later made an ear doctor appointment to clean the ears. I wanted to do it myself, but the metal part on the device is a bit too long, so I was careful not to hurt myself. Device is great for this price

It worked fine for 3 weeks and nothing since. It no longer works, there is no longer any image, it's just colors that move. So satisfied at first but what a disappointment that it no longer works. Can I return it? If yes, let me know how to proceed.
