Didn't get the item. It was sent by Nova Posta. They used Postomat for delivery. The cell was empty, but the status of the parcel turned "Delivered". Joom can't help in this situation, asking me to connect Nova Poshta. I did it before to connect Joom support but no answer. 3 days of calling to Nova Poshta call-center, they all give different reason, but still: "Sorry we can't help you, we are just operators of call-center." Excuse me, you are a Nova Poshta representative. If they offer just that telephone number, you have to help me. It wasn't my choice to get it neither through postomat nor through Nova Posta. So, the seller sent it by Nova Posta, I didn't get the item and lost my time and money.
To whom it may concern, Complaint about faulty goods I bought a soft light+humidifier from you on 05 april 2023. I paid 304.20 MDL I now find the goods have the following fault: The soft light+humidifier working just light and won't work humidifier. As there was a problem with the goods when I bought them, I request that you give me a full refund. Please respond within 14 days of receiving this letter. Yours faithfully,
