Cooking method:
Boil 200 g potatoes, peel and cut, then boil 150 g vegetables. In a deep frying pan, fry 100 g finely chopped red onion in 60 g oil until golden brown. Then add 100 g chopped tomato, salt and 15 g Pav Bhaji Masala. Transfer boiled vegetables and ½ cup water to skillet, stir for 10 minutes. Then spread butter on slices of bread, bake and serve together.
