I received this item about 5 minutes ago. The front zip is half open and half closed. I would like another one with all the zips working as I can see it is a very handy bag to hve. My name is Beatrix Duske and I hve only shopped with JOOM once. I was really looking forward to the use of this bag. I hve not seen where or how i can return it. While i was looking for the return policy the review jumped up. SO i hve now done the review.

It’s even better than I expected, but I have my reservations though about the zippers!!!time will show about them,yet I totally recommend it!!!
