Chia Seeds

Chia seeds have a mild and nutty flavor. Legend has it that they used to be revered by the Aztecs and the Maya. The name "chia" comes from the word chain, meaning "oily" in the Aztec language of Nahuatl.
Chia Seeds are a good source of magnesium and excellent source of fiber. They are versatile, easy to use, and offer a satisfying crunch, especially when added to puddings.

Suggested Use:
• Add Chia Seeds to smoothies, juices, desserts, cereals, yogurt, salads, or use to make puddings, porridge, sauce and dressings.
• To make chia gel, use one part chia to six parts water.
• Creamy Chia Porridge:
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Golden Berries
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp Cacao Nibs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup fresh fruit
- 1 tbsp Bee Pollen
- Honey (to taste)
1. Soak Chia Seeds in milk for at least 10-15 minutes until soft.
2. Mis in rest of ingredients and add honey to taste.
3. Sprinkle Bee Pollen on top.
4. Enjoy!
