About the artist
Debuted in 1972 as the leader of the rock'n'roll band Carol. In 1977, he became the first Japanese rock artist to perform at Budokan, and in 1978 he performed at Korakuen Stadium, and with his book ``Nari-Agari,'' he created a huge ``Yazawa boom.'' They released albums on their own labels, ``ROCK'N'ROLL'' in 2009 and ``TWIST'' in 2010. In recent years, he has been actively performing at rock festivals. They have held a record 112 Budokan performances, an unprecedented number.
