Picture shows silver crystal shoelaces but description is multicolor I wanted the silver crystal ones but got the multicolor ones item advert is confusing and misleading

...only the smell is extremely unpleasant..

The shoelaces arrived in a completely different color than the one stated on the website. There are also two different in color, thickness, tips and defective - with white gaps. But it is important to me that the color is not the one I ordered. Thanks to the support team for the excellent work.
