The package came totally torn !!! Someone cut it with a sharp knife, looks like with a Stanley knife ! It was torn not only on one side... 😢 😢 😢 It was also cut all over the package from one side to another... They cut it inside several layers... all trough the product itself !!! I was shock to see it ! 😡 😡 😡 The product it cut ! And now it's useful !!! I can't use it !!! The kittens will go out through the hole !!! I didn't open the package !!! I left it as it is !!! *** It was impossible to get in touch with the delivery company... I tried, for several days with no answer !!! Please don't use this company again !!! There is no one to talk with. I saw the cuts 2 minutes after I left the pick-up delivery place And I photo it on my way home, still on the street !!! (I couldn't go back there) And like I wrote: nobody in the delivery company took my calls !!! So I turned to you !!! Please Help Me ! I need it for the kittens I saved !!! Not clear for the size I have already bought the same article which was larger and the very small you had to go much further to see the other sizes but I am 73 years old and did not see it was my friend who found it and she m said yes not clear otherwise the article is very good
